Wade helped us purchase our new construction home and he really looked out for us during the whole process. He’s very friendly and thoughtful. He was very supportive during our interaction with the builder and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Wade to anyone deciding on purchasing a house.

It was great!!! Wade sold a townhouse of mine in 2016. Then in 2017, wade sold me my home. Which I never intending on selling!!!!! Wade was so very patient!!!! And, when it came down to the time that I needed to sell my Mother’s home, I did not even have to think twice of who to call. It was Wade all along. Wade will work very hard for his clients. Thank you, Wade!!!!!

Wade first helped in helping our son find and purchase his first home. Wade did an excellent job working with our son and explaining each step of the process. A few years later Wade helped us find a new home as our children were getting older, in college and moving out of the house. Wade helped us find our home in a very tough market as many homes were being placed under contract within hours of being placed on the market. Wade then helped us sell our previous home during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. We would recommend Wade if you’re buying or selling any real estate.

Wade Kelley was recommended to me by friends and family when it became necessary to sell my mother's condominium. I knew from our first meeting that Wade knew the area and market, and trusted him to sell the home property quickly and fairly. He assisted in every part of the sale, even advising and helping my family set up the estate sale necessary before the home was even listed. We accepted an offer within a week of listing the home, and settled within a month. Wade was unfailingly responsive to our requests and needs, just as he was in communicating every offer, response, and instruction.
